4.1. The COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTIC of INVESTIGATED GROUPS of PATIENTS

The clinical section of research includes the comparative analysis of results of treatment of 82 patients (93 calcaneuses) of both sexes with perelomayomi the calcaneuses which have transferred operative treatment.

The age of patients varied from 18 years to 61 years. From them men - 72 (92,7 %), women - 6 (7,3 %). Distribution of total of patients on age and a floor predyostavleno in table 5.

Table 5.

Distribution of the general number of patients on age and a floor

And patients (13,4 %) both calcaneuses have been damaged. On the trauma mechanism the greatest quantity of damages is received at falling from height - 57 patients (69,5 %). As a result of road and transport incidents poyoluchili fractures of a calcaneus 12 sick (14,6 %). 2 patients (2,4 %) poluyochili a trauma of a calcaneus as a result of falling on foot of serious subjects, 1 patient (1,2 %) - at blow by a heel in a firm subject on training.

Open fractures took place at 2 patients (3 calcaneuses). In the first days after a trauma 68 patients (82,9 %), in interyovale from 2 till 5th days - 11 suffered (13,4 %), after this term - 3 sick (3,6 %) are hospitalised. Selection of patients for research was spent continuous meyotodom.

I investigated group included 39 patients with fractures of calcaneuses (44 calcaneuses) from among the patients hospitalised for opeyorativnogo of treatment in traumatologic unit Municipal uchrezhdeyonija of public health services «the Hospital №12» cities of Volgograd from 1996 for 2002 inclusive. Distribution of patients of investigated group on age and a floor is presented in table 6.

II investigated group was made by 43 patients with fractures of calcaneuses (49 calcaneuses), transferred operative treatment in travmatologiyocheskom unit of Municipal authority of public health services «Elabuzhsky central regional hospital» of Republic Tatarstan Ministry of Health during the same period of time. Distribution of patients of II investigated group on age and a floor is presented in table 7.

Table 7.

Distribution of patients of II investigated group on age and a floor

Age Floor In total patients of the given age
The man's The female
Till 20 years 2 (4,7 %) - 2 (4,7 %)
21-30 years 2 (4,7 %) - 2 (4,7 %)
31-40 years 18 (41,9 %) 3 (7,0 %) 21 (48,8 %)
41-50 years ' 4 (32,6 %, - - 14 (32,6 %)
51-60 years 3 (7,0 %) 3 (7,0 %)
60 years are more senior 1 (2,3 %) 1 (2,3 %)
All age 40 (93,0 %) 3 (7,0 %) 43 (100 %)

From presented above data follows, that on an age, sex and hayorakteru damages patients of investigated groups slightly differ from each other, hence, there is a basis for carrying out of the authentic comparative analysis of results of operative treatment of these groups patsienyotov.

As indications to operative treatment considered following types pereloyomov a calcaneus:

• Avulsion fractures of a hillock of a calcaneus.

• Extraarticular fractures of a body of a calcaneus with shift.

• Intraarticulate fractures (getting in taranno-calcaneal and pjatochnoyokubovidnyj joints).

• Intraarticulate splintered fractures.

• the Intraarticulate multisplintered and shattered fractures.

• Compression and impressionno-kompressionnye fractures.

• Any open fractures of a calcaneus.
