According to drawing 3.1 current source 1 affects a diagnostic current on tribosoprjazhenie, formed by a head 2 and a cup 3. Fluctuating resistance in a place of mating of components leads to an anode drop which amplitude is increased by the amplifier 4 and the pay of data collection 5 displays.

For possibility of the control of origination of local defects, vibroudarov, micro-and makrotkloneny the forms, the observed method should be added by the technical devices allowing:

- To set traffic of one component concerning another, thereby to model chafing conditions implantata;

Resistance and anode drops at a complete revolution of one of components. In view of the aforesaid and the problems presented in section 3.1, the block diagramme of a developed method of diagnosing endoproteza will assume the following air (drawing 3.2) [68].

According to drawing 3.2 propeller 1 twirls a head endoproteza 4, and each change of a rule of a head 4 is displaid by the angle-date trasmitter of turn 2. Simultaneously from the current source 1 the diagnostic current on tribosoprjazhenie, formed by a head 4 and a cup 5 endoproteza moves. Owing to fluktuirovanija electric resistance at the expense of change of a lubricant layer 9 and the total square of contact stains 10 at interacting of surfaces the electric channel of the measurement consisting of amplifiers and the low-pass filter, 6 increases amplitude of an anode drop for its further machining. The control over acting force on endoprotez and character of loading occurs at the expense of the sensing transducer of force 8. In the end of test the measured parametres synchronised among themselves from the angle-date trasmitter of turn 2, the electric channel of measurement 6, the sensing transducer of force 8 are displaid by a gathering pay
