THE CONCLUSION.

Dissertational work is devoted the solution of scientifically-practical problems of working out of methods, models and algorithm, forecasting and early diagnostic of the diseases called by professional work of workers of electropower branch on the basis of hybrid illegible models.

As a result of the spent researches the system of a support of the decision-making is developed, allowing to raise quality of work of doctors profpatologov, occupied in electric power industry.

In dissertational work following basic results are gained

1. The structure of data used for a problem solving of an estimation of a state of health of workers of electropower branch is analysed. Application of methodology of synthesis of hybrid illegible solving rules for the solution laid down the aims in-process and problems is proved.

2. The method of synthesis of illegible mathematical models of forecasting and early diagnostic of occupational diseases of workers of the factories of electric power industry considering act sochetannyh and the mixed electromagnetic fields on a human body in aggregate with others ekzogennymi and endogene risk factors which has allowed to synthesise the hybrid solving rules providing improvement of quality of forecasting and early diagnostic of diseases of workers of electropower branch in the conditions of illegible and incomplete representation of initial data at recut structure of class-rooms is developed.

3. The method of an estimation of a functional condition and a functional reserve of an organism and its systems in the conditions of act of electromagnetic factors, in a combination to a psychoemotional pressure, fatigue and monotoniej, taking into account a power unbalance of meridional structures of the organism is offered, allowing to size up marks in emersion and development of occupational diseases and reliability

4. Mathematical models of forecasting and early diagnostic of occupational diseases of workers of the factories of the electric power industry, using the hybrid illegible models aggregating electromagnetic risk factors with other essential ekzogennymi and endogene factors which provide prognosticheskuju confidence not more low 0,85, and confidence of the solution on presence of an early stage of diseases - not more low 0,9 are synthesised.

5. The control algorithm and structure of system of a support the decision-making using hybrid illegible mathematical models, merged in hierarchical structures which allow to operate flexibly tactics of conducting patients depending on dynamic distribution of risk factors in a working zone and organism specific features that provides improvement of quality of rendering of medical services of the workers occupied in electropower branch is developed

6. Approbation of the offered methods, models and algorithm which has shown is spent, that solutions offered in-process provide comprehensible quality of forecasting and early diagnostic of diseases of the immune and nervous systems originating and developing under the influence of electromagnetic fields of various intensity and modalities in a combination to others ekzogennymi and endogene risk factors, and the diagnostic significance of positive and negative results exceeds magnitude 0,85, and diagnostic efficiency - 0,9, that allows to recommend them to practical use.

Recommendations. Results of dissertational research can be used at construction of systems of a support of decision-making for the doctors conducting patients, working in electropower branch.

Prospects of the further working out of a theme. Use of illegible hybrid models for a problem solving of improvement of quality of rendering of medical services to workers of electric power industry will allow to lift health services of the people occupied in manufacture and transportation of the electric power on new level.
