3.2. The characteristic of the warm rhythm focused on its parametres, specified in the first series of experiments

In 2nd series of experiments with orientation of examinees to reproduction averaged DSTS (on 1st series), vigour of their work has compounded 131,889±3,964 Vt, that is essential more low, rather than in the first series, on 18,111±3,964 Vt (fig.

5).

Thus visually replicated average DSTS on all work was equal 0,561±0,007 with, statistically significantly not differing with a similar indicator of 1st series of researches (fig. 5; fig. 6).

DSTS and indicator Mo decrease in the course of work, increasing at restoration, coming nearer to initial level (tab. 1). Value amo in the beginning of work a little snizhetsja, but to the terminal and at restoration shows the tendency to augmentation. IN decreases with the work beginning, being recovered in its middle practically to initial level, with the subsequent increase and some decrease in process poslerabochego regenerations.

In the work beginning the tendency to increase, with the subsequent decrease by the end of work was peculiar to dispersion DSTS and at restoration. Possibly, therefore and the variability quotient on the first minute tends to augmentation, decreasing to the work terminal, and in restoration is stabilised at the level close to the initial. The parametre of autocorrelation function RS (r1) increased in the work beginning, decreasing during its terminal, keeping, however, the tendency to restoration (fig. 1). Indicator Harsta varies wavy, thus peak fraktalnost DSTS (decrease) in 2nd series of researches is necessary for the terminal of an experimental load. The number longitudinalnyh communications between changes described above indicators decreases with 11 in 1st series to 7 in 2nd, that we are inclined to consider as the certificate of decrease in centralisation in control of heart. Total vigour of a spectrum and vigour of very low-frequency range decrease during work, a little increasing at restoration (fig. 4). LF and VCH also tend to decrease in the course of work, slightly raising after it. Attitude NCH/VCH decreases in the beginning and the work middle, increasing at the terminal and in restoration to the level surpassing initial (fig. 7). The number statistically significant longitudinalnyh correlations of spectral indicators increases with 4 in 1 th series to 6 in 2nd.

Individual analysis RS reveals changes, characteristic for a number of examinees of the given statistical sample. As among them two bunches are distinctly looked through. In one bunch in 1st series of researches initial DSTS is essential above, than in 2nd, in other bunch DSTS in 1 th series more low, than in 2nd, that proves to be true data of individual analysis.

In 1 th series of researches average DSTS examinee T, 19 years (fig. 8), according to all work, compounds

0,501±0,008 with, and in the course of work it decreases, coming nearer on 3­й restoration mines to a reference value.

Mo decreases by the moment of the terminal of work, increasing at restoration, AMo increases in the work beginning, with decrease to its terminal, and increase at restoration (fig. 9).

IN increases in the exercise stress beginning, decreasing in the middle and increasing at its terminal, in restoration the given indicator continues to increase, exceeding practically twice initial level. Value of dispersion DSTS increases to the middle of work with the subsequent reduction to initial level, the quotient of variability DSTS increases during work, being recovered in poslerabochy the season. The parametre (r1) autocorrelation function RS decreases to the work middle, passing by the moment of its terminal in negative value, and increases at restoration, not reaching, however, a reference value. Fraktalnaja the dimension characterised by indicator Harsta, decreases in the work beginning, then increases, reaching a maximum by the moment of its terminal and again decreases in restoration.

Indicator OCH decreases in the work beginning, increasing in the middle and again decreasing at its terminal and regenerations. ONCH decreases in the beginning and the work middle, increasing at its terminal and on 3rd mines of restoration. LF decreases in the work beginning, increasing in the middle and again decreasing at restoration, VCH increases during all work, decreasing at restoration to initial level, NCH/VCH decreases during work, increasing at restoration.

Vigour of work of the examinee in the second series of experiments has compounded 125,918 Vt, i.e. on 24,082 Vt more low, than in the first. Averaged DSTS by data 5­минутной works it was equal 0,479±0,004 with, practically not differing with a similar indicator of 1st series (fig. 10 And,). DSTS decreases during work, being recovered on 3rd mines of restoration, not reaching, however, a reference value. Indicator Mo also with the load beginning decreases, being a little recovered after the work terminal (fig. 12). Value AMo in the work beginning slightly decreases, to its terminal the given indicator increases, and after end decreases practically to initial level.

IN increases in the beginning and the work middle, decreasing at the terminal and restoration, remaining, however, above a reference value. On 1st mines the tendency to augmentation with the subsequent decrease by the moment of the terminal of a load and in restoration is peculiar to variability quotient. The indicator r1 decreases during work, keeping this tendency and at restoration. The quantity longitudinalnyh the correlations characterising an associativity of these changes decreases with 8 in 1st series to 6 in 2nd.

VCH decreases in the work beginning, increasing further and decreasing at restoration, having thus smaller value, than in an initial state, NCH/VCH decreases in the work beginning, being recovered in the middle, decreasing at the terminal of work and restoration.

Vigour of work of examinee M, 23 years, in 2nd series of experiments is equal 140,668 Vt, that is on 9,332 Vt more low, than in the first series, averaged on all stages of work DSTS is equal 0,581±0,009 with, statistically significantly not differing with a similar indicator of 1st series of researches. DSTS, naturally, decreases during work, with the subsequent augmentation in restoration. Indicator Mo variates fazno, decreasing in the work beginning, and increasing at restoration, value AMo decreases in the work beginning, increasing at its terminal and decreasing in the course of restoration (fig. 15).

Cv on 1st mines tends to augmentation, at the work terminal its value decreases, a little raising in restoration. The parametre of autocorrelation function r1 increases during work, decreasing after its end. Fraktalnaja dimension increases in the work beginning a little, decreasing at its terminal, and continues to decrease in poslerabochy the season. Indicator OCH decreases during work, increasing after its terminal to initial level. ONCH in the course of work decreases, increasing at restoration, not reaching initial level. LF decreases to the work terminal, increasing at restoration and exceeding initial level. VCH decreases to the work terminal, increasing on 3rd mines of restoration with excess of initial level. NCH/VCH decreases in the work beginning, and increases at its terminal, not varying in poslerabochy the season. The quantity longitudinalnyh correlations of spectral indicators compounds 6 in 1 th series, not varying in 2nd.

Averaged DSTS according to all work of examinee P-va, in 1st series of experiments compounds 0,621±0,011 with. DSTS decreases during work, increasing in restoration (fig. 16).

Indicator Mo decreases in the course of work, increasing at restoration, AMo varies wavy, decreasing in the beginning of work and at its terminal (fig. 17).

IN considerably decreases in the work beginning, then increases. The dispersion increases in the work beginning, decreases to its terminal and in restoration. The sou considerably increases in the work beginning, practically does not vary in the middle and at the terminal, decreasing in restoration, surpassing, however, a reference value. Fraktalnaja dimension increases in the work beginning, decreasing to its terminal, on 3rd mines of restoration the given indicator decreases, becoming there is less than reference value. The indicator rl decreases in the beginning and the work middle, increasing at the terminal and increasing at restoration to the value twice exceeding the initial.

Spectral indicator OCH increases in the work beginning, decreases at its terminal, increasing at restoration, not reaching, however, initial level. ONCH, not varying in the work beginning, decreases in the middle and the terminal, increasing at restoration, not reaching a reference value. LF, increasing in the work beginning, decreases to its terminal, again increasing in restoration practically to a reference value. VCH increases in the work beginning, decreasing to its terminal, and continues to decrease at restoration, becoming below a reference value. NCH/VCH decreases to the work terminal, increasing at restoration.

Vigour of work of examinee P-va in 2nd series of experiments is equal 125,918 Vt, that is on 24,082 Vt more low, than in the first series. Averaged DSTS according to all work of the examinee compounds 0,638±0,013 with. DSTS decreases during work, increasing in restoration. Indicator Mo increases in the work beginning, decreasing to its terminal and again increasing at restoration. AMo decreases in the beginning and the middle of work and increases at its terminal and in the regenerative season, remaining, however, below a reference value (fig. 18). IN decreases in the beginning and the work middle, considerably increasing at the terminal and again decreasing at restoration. D increases in the beginning and the work middle, decreasing at the terminal and restoration, the Sou considerably increases in the beginning and the work middle, decreasing on 3rd mines of restoration to level below the initial.

Indicator Harsta increases in the beginning of work and practically does not vary, a little increasing in restoration. The indicator r1 increases in the beginning and the work middle, decreasing at the terminal and again increasing at restoration, becoming above a reference value. The number longitudinalnyh correlations of changes of the given indicators in 2nd seri remains to the same, as in 1 - j (8).

NCH/VCH increases in the work beginning, decreasing in the middle and at restoration, again increasing on 3rd mines restoration. The quantity longitudinalnyh correlations of spectral indicators in 2nd series varies with 4 to 5.

As a whole at examinees, judging by decrease DSTS and, accordingly, augmentation of frequency of warm reductions and as on other indicators RS, in the course of work there is a change of levels of regulation to obvious centralisation of control by rhythmic activity of heart. The given tendency shows in both series of research, despite an essential difference in size of the done work. Arising in the work beginning natural increase of a tone of sympathetic excitatory system is replaced further characteristic for both series of researches by activation of the centres of a vagus nerve, than the overstrain of mechanisms of regulation of heart is prevented at muscular work. Indicators of an associativity of interfacing intervals and fraktalnosti say about some bolshem a strain of mechanisms of regulation of heart in the second series of experiments, in comparison with the first, especially in an initial phase, that, in our opinion, is caused by an emotional pressure accompanying control RS by means of physical work.

As have shown the researches, the control mediated by a varied exercise stress of a heart rhythm represents original search with a feedback caused by functions of visual and motor analyzers. The voltage of the given search depends on a functional state of control centres of a heart rhythm, that is from original vago-sympathetic, games ”which periodically joins the subcortical vegetative centres forming the higher contour of regulation of warm activity.
