5.3 Fure Ik-spectroscopy of the modelling system containing the basic amino acid
At the first stage of experiment by means of Ik-Fure spectrometer Nicolet IS10 investigated 1 M water solution Liz. Results of spectrography are presented on fig. 32.
In ranges 3130 - 3030, 3000-3600, 3100-3150 and 2800-2200 sm-1 are not established differences from a spectrum of neutral amino acids.
In investigated solution intensity of a strip slabosvjazannoj waters to what the strip with a maximum of 3500 sm-1 testifies increasing on intensity in range of high frequencies increases. Ushirenie a spectral strip in range of low frequencies (to 2700 sm-1) It-bunches testifies to exhibiting of interaction of water with amino groups of amino acid [8].Thus, analysis of the Ik-spectrum of water solution of investigated amino acid shows, that in solution Liz the hydrogen binding between water moleculas weakens, and interaction between water and amino acid moleculas increases.
