Deformation fluctuations of the bunches, concerning a number of organic components: fenilalaninu, to threonine and serinu, are defined in an interval 1423­1376 sm-1, that considerably differs from its usual position. It is bound to formation of new hydrogen bindings between functional bunch and a water component of whey of blood. Position of the spectral peaks characterising, guanidinovuju the functional grouping belonging argininu are found by us in the field of 1687-1470 sm-1.

Thus, on the Ik-spectrum of the investigated modelling system fluctuations of functional bunches of the materials which are a part of a preparation "Korteksin" are defined and communications, obrazovyvajushchiesja at the expense of reactions of interaction of the given materials are not found.

For an assessment of influence of a preparation "Korteksin" on a water component of whey of blood have calculated the area of strips of the Ik-spectrum, characteristic valency, deformation and libratsionnyh water fluctuations. The received results are presented in table 6.

As follows from the received experimental data, in all analyzed ranges authentic change of the investigated size that it is possible to carry on augmentation of activity of a water basis of modelling system is observed.

Thus, observable changes of indicators of the Ik-spectrum of whey of blood under influence ekzogennogo the factor specify (medical product) in stabilisation of a water basis of investigated modelling system.
