Change of parametres of a complete state of water modelling system in the presence of a preparation "Korteksin"

Results of multidimensional analysis of the Item of the Item of the Ik-spectrum of solutions of a preparation "Korteksin" 10-1-10-16М testifies that sizes of criterion Mahalanobisa for all solutions authentically more low, than at solutions of the individual investigated amino acids.

The maximum values of distance Mahalanobisa are observed at concentration of an investigated preparation 10-10,10-16М (fig. 41).

The minimum size of criterion Mahalanobisa are observed at the maintenance of a preparation 10-14 M.Rastvory of a medical product by concentration 10-1-10-3М, 10-12-10-14М have no authentic differences from the standard.

Relative analysis of dispersions of quotients propuskanija separate investigated ranges of an infra-red spectrum, in the samples having similar high or minimum criteria Mahalanobisa, can give more detailed identification of states of water systems of investigated materials arising in the presence of various quantities.

For solutions with the maximum values of criterion Mahalanobisa (delution 1010 and 1016) authentic distinctions of a dispersion of Item P in all range of lengths of waves are established.

Analysis of delutions of a preparation of 10-2 and 10-14 M "Korteksin", having the minimum values of criterion Mahalanobisa, has shown, that all investigated ranges, except 3500-3200, 2120 - 1880, 1600 - 1535 sm-1 authentically do not differ.

The given ranges characterise absorption of communications:-N-H,-OH,-NH2, deformation and valency fluctuations of moleculas of water that confirms similar action of material on a water component of its solutions.

Analysis of the received results gives the chance to assume, that ultramikrokolichestva investigated material as from their higher concentrations, are factors, capable sharply to variate the structural organisation of water. Thus, water possesses properties to compensate presence of awake substances (a preparation "Korteksin") in concentration 10-1­10-6 M, keeping the state and sharply to variate it at concentration 10-10­10-16 M that can play an essential role in realisation of various biological effects.

Thus, equally unstable state of water can be in addition identified by means of values of dispersions of separate wide ranges of the Ik-spectrum. Unlike maximum, analysis of sizes

Hence, by means of a dispersion of quotients propuskanija Ik - a spectrum of the studied solutions essentially new information on features of influence of an admixture of biologically awake materials on a complete state of a water component of solutions that will allow to use the given indicator as the criterion is received, allowing to estimate efficacyy of action of various agents on biological fluids through their water component that is possible and it is necessary to consider in medicine, pharmacy and ecology.

From the received results it is possible to conclude, that in the conditions of experience, midget quantities of amino acids and a preparation containing their admixtures, in a wide interval of delutions variate a structural state of a water basis of solutions, possibly, differently induce formation process klasternyh frames which, substantially, define observable fluctuations of quotients propuskanija and a state of a water basis of solutions.

Feature of action of midget quantities of the investigated materials on a dispersion of quotients propuskanija separate frequencies the Ik-spectrum and criterion Mahalanobisa characterising a complete state of a water basis of solutions, testifies from volume, that the mechanism of influence of the given material on biological processes can be caused water restructurization. Thus, specificity of the spent influence can be identified as by means of criterion Mahalanobisa, and sizes of separate dispersions of quotients propuskanija in concrete range of the Ik-spectrum.
