Visceral hypersensitivity of an intestine
For the first time visceral hypersensitivity at patients with SRK which is a leading link in a pathogenesis of clinical implications of the given disease, has been described in 1973 [38, 66, 142]. The subsequent researches have shown, that at SRK the threshold of painful sensitivity is lowered on 50-70 % in comparison with norm.
In conformity with the hypersensitivity concept, patients with SRK react on sokratitelnuju activity of an intestine, than group of the control [137] more strongly. It is shown, that level of depression of a sensory threshold correlates with expression of a painful syndrome [66, 77, 141, 170]. However according to other sources, level of visceral hypersensitivity does not correlate with gravity gastrointestinalnyh symptoms [138]. In researches W.E. Whitehead by means of balloonly-diljatatsionnogo test presence of visceral hypersensitivity which does not extend on perception of a somatic pain [136, 138, 221] has been confirmed. InExperiment with immersing of a brush of an arm in cold water (4 °s) it has been shown, that the general sensitivity at functional disorders of an intestine also is raised at patients with SRK: they faster, than children of control group, tested unpleasant sensations and earlier finished experiment. However the disturbance of tolerance shown in the test with cold water, had no communication with the years, type of functional disorders, gravity gastrointestinalnyh symptoms [187]. Nevertheless, the majority of authors regard visceral hypersensitivity as biological marker SRK which is taped by means of specific (95 %) and sensitive (70 %) diagnostics method - balloonly-dilatatsionnogo the test - and it can be used for an estimation of efficiency of therapy [5, 38, 101, 109, 138].
