the stomatologic status of children with atopicheskim a dermatitis

At an estimation of the stomatologic status it has been taped, that 52 from surveyed children had caries of various intensity, from them 34 children suffering atopicheskim by a dermatitis of various severity level, 18 children from comparison group.

At the analysis of intensity of caries on index KPU, KPU + kp at children with AtD, it is taped, that 27 children had caries of average and high
Intensity (a drawing 12), 7 children - caries of low intensity (a drawing

11).

At children of group of comparison low level of intensity of caries became perceptible at 5 children. At 13 children it was observed high and an average level of intensity of caries (a drawing 13).

The data received as a result of the analysis of intensity of caries, are presented in table 9.

Intact teeth had 8 of surveyed children, from them 4 children with atopicheskim a dermatitis of moderate severity level and 4 - children from group

Comparisons. During the further research we had been allocated two groups on degree of intensity of caries: the first group included children with low intensity of caries and children with natural sanation, into the second group - children with average and high intensity of caries. Number of groups has made 27/11 (high and average intensity of caries / low intensity of caries), at children with atopicheskim a dermatitis; 13/9 (high and average intensity of caries / low intensity of caries) - comparison group.

At patients atopicheskim a dermatitis intensity of caries was authentically above in comparison with children without allergic diseases.

Children participating in research have been distributed on three age groups: 6-9 years (31 child), 10-12 years (14 children), 13-18 years (15 persons).

At an estimation of level of antimicrobial peptides of an oral cavity depending on age it has not been established authentic differences (table 10).

Thus, interrelations between age of children and level of antimicrobial peptides of an oral cavity it is not established, both at children with atopicheskim a dermatitis, and at children of group of comparison.

At the analysis of a hygienic condition of an oral cavity on index OHI-S (the simplified index of hygiene of an oral cavity (GAMES s) on Gren J.C., Vermillion J.K.), following results have been received: 44 children had satisfactory level of hygiene of an oral cavity (value of an index 1,3-3,0); from them 34 children suffering AtD of moderate severity level; 10 children from comparison group. Good hygiene of an oral cavity became perceptible at 16 children, from them 4 children with AtD various severity level, 12 children - comparison groups (a drawing 14). Bad level of hygiene at surveyed children has not been taped.

At research of index RMA it is taped, that 21 child suffered a moderate severity level ulitis, from them 18 children suffering AtD of various severity level; 3 children from comparison group. Easy degree of an ulitis was found out in 23 children, from them 15 children with AtD (a drawing 15) and 8 children of group of comparison. Children with an ulitis of serious degree in our research were absent.
