Prevalence atopicheskoj sensibilizations - a major factor of risk of development of an asthma and other allergic diseases at teenage age is constantly enlarged, thus atopichesky character of a bronchial asthma (BA) is observed in half of cases of diagnosis BA [Beasley R., Crane J., Lai C.K.W., 2000; Pearce N., Pekkanen J., Beasley R., 1999].
Thus the great value in a pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and in disturbance of protective properties of immune system at BA teenagers has disbalans nejrogormonalnoj regulations [Wilder R.L., 1995; Stevens-Felten S.Y., Bellinger D.L., 1997] as multifactorial interaction of immuno-neuroendocrinal systems of an organism, provides adequate modulation of the immune answer, adaptation of an organism to various endo - and to exogenous stimulus [Wilder R.L., 1995; Baldwin D., Rudge S., 1995; Richter K, et al, 1979]. In this connection studying of a condition of reserve possibilities of adaptic systems of lymphocytes at teenagers with the persistent form atopicheskoj BA was the purpose of the present work.At teenagers with atopicheskoj BA intensity of the immunologic status that is characterised by depression of synthesis IgA on 19 %, sharp ascending Ig E (in 8,3 times), together with rather small shift of the relation of cytotoxic lymphocytes ÑD8 + , producing interferon-Y (an inhibitor virus replikatsii) and inflammatory CD4 + -lymphocytes (carrying out rekrutirovanie macrophages in places of an inflammation and playing the central role in the control of coordination of mechanisms of anti-infectious protection from intracellular patogenov) (tab. 14) becomes perceptible.

the Described shifts in immune system of an organism of teenagers with atopicheskoj form BA are accompanied by change of concentration of biochemical markers stressornoj organism reactions, in particular, maintenance depression in lymphocytes of the oxidised forms piridinovyh nucleotides OVER and NADF on 19 and 22 % accordingly, depression redoks - potential OVER/OVER-N (a marker dezadapatatsionnyh processes in power supply system) on 8 % and in even larger degree redoks-potentsila NADF/NADFN - on 17 %, specifying and on retardation of processes of synthesis of fibers and nucleic acids (tab.
15).Moreover, the associativity between activity of immune system and system of power maintenance considerably decreases - the correlation factor between redox potential NADF/NADFN and maintenance IgE decreases with 0,79 (ð< 0,01) to 0,57 (ð< 0,05, fig. 24À).
Intensity of immune system, maintenance rising in Serum lgE, assotsiirovanoe with depression of a redox potential of system of power maintenance, and also simultaneous depression of the maintenance in lymphocytes of cytochrome with, key enzyme respiratory chains of mitochondrions, specifies in disturbances in system of power maintenance with initial signs dezadapatatsii, that is shown in depression of maintenance ATF in lymphocytes on 18 % and can promote formation mitohondrialnoj to a pathology in group of teenagers with atopicheskoj BA.
Noted in the basic group depression of concentration of attention, memory, undue fatigability, lability of the nervously-emotional status, disturbance of a dream and occurrence in 78 % of night attacks BA, apparently, is bound to shifts in the maintenance and a parity of biogenic amines. It has appeared, that at teenagers it is long suffering BA atopicheskogo a genesis rising in blood of the maintenance of a free serotonin on 59 % against depression of the maintenance of adrenaline on 30 % becomes perceptible.

As a result the parity between bronhokonstriktornym (serotonin) and bronhodilatirujushchim (adrenaline) biogenic amines moves towards the first - the relation [adrenaline] / [serotonin] at teenagers with BA decreases in 2 times. Thus the relation [Noradrenalinum] / [adrenaline] nevertheless, also decreases for 27 % (tab. 16).
Rising of level of a free serotonin at teenagers with BA can take part in disturbance of memory, regulation temperature reactions, a tonus of muscles, dream processes, a condition of endocrine and cardiovascular system [Beasley R., Crane J., Lai C.K.W., 2000; Baldwin D., Rudge S., 1995]. Thus degree of depression / [serotonin] correlates relations [adrenaline] with frequency of occurrence of attacks BA at night (r=0,73; p< 0,01), however, linear interrelation observed in norm between level IgE and the relation of the content [adrenaline] / [serotonin] completely disappears (fig. 26). The established dysregulation nejrogormonalnoj and immune systems can underlie control disturbance over the fatal IgE-mediated immune answer at a persistent allergic inflammation of respiratory tracts at BA. Thus dependence between rising IgH and a redox potential of system of power maintenance though and essentially decreases with 0,94, ð< 0,001 in lymphocytes of practically healthy teenagers to 0,7, ð< 0,05 (fig. 27), but remains - there is a coordination weakening between metabolic system of lymphocytes and functional activity immunnokompetentnyh the cells, necessary for realisation of mechanisms immunnoreaktivnosti [Savchenko A.A., Shakina N.A., Rossiev D.A., 1998].

Thus, disturbance of close interface of activity of neuroendocrinal and immunologic systems at teenagers with BA is the important pathogenetic factor of advance of disease and, apparently, in many respects depends on level of a redox potential of system of power maintenance of lymphocytes, development of insufficient equation of power and plastic processes. The induction of autoimmune diseases in an organism forms the whole complex sochetannyh changes immunologic, nejrogormonalnogo and biochemical statuses with the expressed correlation interrelations between components which should be considered in working out of rational complex pharmacological correction of patients with BA. Thus immune disturbances not always are leaders, and main effects immunotropnyh influences in many respects become isolated on presence of reserve forces nejrogormonalnoj and biopower systems of cells.
