Despite detailed studying abroad molecular, biochemical and morfo-functional disturbances at SMD, some very important parties of a pathogenesis of a staxis at them remain while insufficiently investigated.

In particular, are a little shined in the literature of feature of an exchange of essential biometals (BM), participating in reactions of coagulation of blood.

At the same time, in the literature there is no reliable data about interest BE in reactions of a final stage of coagulation, a pathogenesis of syndrome MD, having primary koagulologicheskie defects in the form of various variants trombotsitarnyh dysfunctions and dysfibrinogenemias.

In earlier researches [Sturov V. G, 2000-2002] attempt to estimate interrelation between plasma level Cu2 +, Zn2 +, Mn2 +, Cа2 +, Mg2 + and indicators of functional activity of platelets has been undertaken at various variants hereditary trombotsitopaty. It is established, that change of balance of studied biometals is more expressed at patients with background MD and directly correlates with activity as reactions of membranous activation (complexes GP mediated through receptor communications), and intracellular reactions (a metabolism of arachidonic acid, synthesis tromboksana А2, a stock of granules of storage and reactions of liberation of their contents).

During carrying out of the present research the maintenance of the same EBM (Cu2 +, Zn2 +, Mn2 +, Cа2 +, Mg2 +) in plasma of patients with other pathogenetic variants SMD that has allowed to tap the general patterns of change of ionic structure of plasma at patients with SMD (fig. 6-7) has been investigated.

It is defined, that plasma concentration of the majority of studied biometals authentically differs from normal amounts (fig. 6-7). So, level Zn2 + in the basic group has appeared on 12 % above, and in group of patients without signs SMD - in 2,5 times. Besides, in group of patients with MD deficiency Mg2 + - in 1,59 times, Са2 + – in 2,1 times and Mn2 + – in 3,0 times is noted.
