254 children have been included in research, suffering by a chronic arthritis. From them 159 girls (62,2 %) and 96 boys (37,8 %). Middle age at the moment of including in research has made 9,5 years (SD=4,0 year).

A median
Duration of observation has made 10 months (interkvartilnyj an interval from 0 till 34 months).

219 patients have been included in the first group: 136 girls (62,1 %) and 83 boys (37,9 %). Middle age at the moment of including in research has made 9,3 years (SD=4,0 year). The median of duration of observation has made 4 weeks (interkvartilnyj an interval from 0 till 26 weeks).

35 patients (25 patients received totsilizumab, 10 patients received golimumab) have been included in the second group: 23 girls (65,7 %) and 12 boys (34,3 %). Middle age at the moment of including in research has made 10,7 years (SD=3,8 year). The median of duration of observation has made 36 weeks (interkvartilnyj an interval from 16 till 57 weeks).

Oligoartikuljarnyj variant JURA has been diagnosed at 71 patients (28,0 %), polyarticulary variant JURA - for 148 patients (58,2 %) and system variant JURA at 35 children (13,8 %).

By variants of a clinical current juvenilnogo a pseudorheumatism patients of the first group were distributed as follows: at 71 patients has been diagnosed oligoartikuljarnyj variant JURA (32,4 %), at 129 -
Polyarticulary variant JURA (58,9 %) and has been diagnosed for 19 children system variant JURA (8,7 %) (table 2.4.).

The second group included children mainly with a serious current of an arthritis, namely, patients with polyarticulary variant JURA with a serious current and the unsatisfactory answer to spent therapy - 19 patients (54,3 %), and system variant JURA - 16 patients (45,7 %) (table 2.5.).
