1. Anamnestic.

2. Clinical.

3. Laboratory.

4. Katamnestichesky.

5. Statistical.

At the first investigation phase the anamnesis of selected children with allocation of risk factors has been analysed, the constitutional type of the child is defined, tables of the account of complaints and clinical symptoms of the patient are developed.

To each sign the point has been appropriated.

Children looked round 5 times: 0 days (initial visit), 5 day from the beginning of preventive actions, 21 day, 90 day, 180 day (final visit).

Each time the ball estimation of all symptoms was spent.

After the termination of preventive actions (21 day) for children it was carried out katamnesticheskoe observation within 6 months with an estimation of complaints, clinical symptoms, cases were registered SHOUT, their gravity and the complicated current.

Besides the infectious index (AI) paid off - the relation of number of all cases SHOUT for a certain time interval to age of the child.

Estimation of complaints

At all patients on each visit degree of expression of complaints was estimated.

1. Fatigability: is absent (0), within day (1), in the evenings (1)

2. Tussis: is absent (0), wet, with othozhdeniem sputums (1), dry in the mornings (2), dry within day (2).

3. Allocation from a nose: there are no (0), zalozhennost a nose (1), constants (2).

4. Appetite disturbances: there is no (0), a depression of the appetite (1), full refusal of meal (2).

5. Irritability: is absent (0), there is periodically (1), a constant (2).

After definition of expression of complaints the score which could make a maximum of 10 points was counted up.

Estimation of the objective status

The objective status was estimated on each visit to the points, thus each symptom had the scale of expression. In total it was estimated seven symptoms:

1. A body temperature: 38 0 With (2).

2. Allocation from a nose: are absent (0), mucous (1), mucopurulent (2).

3. Pallor of integuments: is absent (0), is present (1).

4. Rhonchuses in lungs: are absent (0), dry (1), wet (2).

5. Unmotivated anxiety: there is no (0), a crying more than 1 hour a day

(1), crying and motor excitation (2).

6. Implications atopicheskogo a dermatitis: there are no (0), an erythema (1), papules (1), excoriations (1), a xeroderma (1).

7. Activity of the child: it is completely kept (0), daily activity is lowered (1), constant drowsiness (2).

After an estimation of the objective status the score which as much as possible could make 16 points was estimated.

Also the additional estimation of a clinical picture by means of survey of ENTs-bodies was spent.

Rinoskopija:

1. Nasal breath - free, is complicated, no

2. The discharge from a nose - is absent, mucous, purulent

3. A nose mucosa - pink, giperemirovana, bulked up, there are polyps, adenoides

4. Regionarnye lymph nodes - are not palpated, painless, mobile, enlarged.

Pharyngoscope:

1. A pharynx mucosa - usual colouring, giperemirovana

2. Handles - without changes, giperemirovany

3. Tonsils - are not enlarged, enlarged

4. Lacunas - contents are not present, pus, caseous stoppers, punching, a discharge.

Survey of ENTs-bodies was spent together with otorinolaringologom.

Laboratory researches

For the purpose of an objective estimation of a clinical condition, and also an estimation of safety of application of preparations at patients the blood sampling for carrying out of the general analysis was carried out.

We had been spent an estimation of a functional condition of an organism under the clinical analysis of blood at children prior to the beginning, and after carrying out of preventive actions. Defined type of adaptic reaction (on percentage of lymphocytes in the leukocytic formula) and level of reactance or intensity degree (on percentage of other formulated elements to total of leucocytes) before preventive correction for an estimation of its efficiency. Besides defined change of various indicators of the blood count in dynamics. Research of the general analysis of blood spent prior to the beginning of preventive correction and for 21 day of spent therapy at children with 4 till 6 years. An index Garkavi - Kvakinoj counted under the formula limfotsity/segmentojadernye neutrophils.

Katamnestichesky method

Observation within 6 months with an estimation of the anamnesis and a condition of children for 5, 21, 90, 180 day.

Statistical processing

For comparison of discrete variables (designating, for example, presence or absence of a symptom or severity level of implication of any disturbance) were used - statistical nonparametric criterion hi - a square and Fisher's which are not dependent on character of distribution of an indicator the exact method. Fisher's exact method can be applied even when value of a sign meets very seldom (up to zero of times).

For each sign (from among included in the analysis) paired comparison of the set groups of patients (realisations) was spent and authentic differences between them were taped. Calculation of average arithmetic size (), an average error (m) was spent. All figures are presented as M yo m. Following significance values of differences were used: p
