a projective technique «the Kinetic drawing of a family», an estimation of results.

The projective technique «the Kinetic drawing of a family» (it - «a family Drawing») represents the group of tests used for an estimation of intrafamily relations. At the heart of the given techniques the analysis and interpreting of drawings lays.

Considering their universality, they can be used for inspection of children of different age groups. The psychologist V.Woolf in the works has put forward theoretical bases, and also has given the developed system analysis and interpreting of "the Kinetic drawing of a family» (W. Wolff, 1947). The instruction on carrying out of a technique and criteria of an estimation of results are presented in the appendix № 4.

Because the given technique, as well as the projective test «Nonexistent animal», investigates a mentality condition on a motility of dominantly drawing right arm fixed in the form of the image for obektivizatsii results of testing it does not join drawings of patients-lefthanders. Thus, 149 children have taken part in a projective technique «the Kinetic drawing of a family» (63 boys and 86 girls) from OG, having generated new ОГ1, and 99 persons (41 boy and 58 girls) from GS - ГС1. OG and ОГ1, GS and ГС1 - were statistically homogeneous for a floor and age (> 0,1). The estimation of results of testing in ОГ1 and ГС1 was spent before treatment and in 1 year after its termination.

For obektivizatsii results of the research, all drawings of surveyed children have been parted on 5 basic groups (last 2 - on 2 subgroups). The first group was made by drawings on which at all there were no people or the drawn people did not concern a family of the examinee: a sign of the certain traumatic experiences bound to a family (its replacement), loneliness, isolation and forlornness, high level of uneasiness. The second group included images on which the examinee drew exclusively itself (without members of a family), that testifies to absence of a unification, unity, feeling of a generality in a family, and also about isteroidnyh character traits and about presence egotsentrichnosti (at excessive addition of the image with various details and accessories and-or substantial growth of its sizes). However it can be interpreted as an isolation and forlornness sign if the examinee decorates the image in a drawing a considerable quantity of details, accessories, and also auticheskih tendencies (at small size of a drawing and surrounding its negative emotional background). The third group included drawings on which the family has been represented, but without the child (examinee) in it, that absence of feeling of a generality in a family, a unification and unity is a sign of family (emotional) trouble. The fourth group was made by drawings on which the family with its full complement has been represented. It is necessary to notice, that under full structure
Families the image the child of native brothers and sisters, mother and the father, grandmothers and grandfathers (is meant at their presence). The given group has been parted on two subgroups how members of a family have been represented: rallied or separated among themselves. It is necessary to notice, that the family image with its full complement when its members are rallied (are engaged in by one business, are bridged among themselves by arms etc.) testifies to emotional well-being in a family, about the positive relation of members of a family to the child and among themselves.

On the contrary, a sign of emotional trouble in a family is the image of its members widely spaced, the locating in a drawing of any subjects between them when everyone is engaged in especially by the business (the daddy watches TV, mum prepares/erases/irons linen, the grandfather reads, the grandmother knits and so forth) . Last fifth groups included drawings on which the augmentation of structure of a family at the expense of including in it additional characters (friends, animals, the fantastic heroes, the died relatives etc.) became perceptible . It also as well as previous has been parted on two subgroups depending on unity and dissociation of the represented characters. The augmentation in a drawing of structure of a family is a sign of a dissatisfaction of psychological requirement of the child in co-operative communications equal in rights (a disadvantage of dialogue with the child of the same age, desire to have the native brother or native sister). Also it testifies to desire to be in a society of other people, to take of a parent, ohranjajushche-supervising position in relation to other children (when the animal or a bird is entered into family structure), to have the person who can satisfy aspiration to close emotional contact, and can be a symbol of destruction of integrity of a family, a sign to sweep to parents for sensations of isolation and uselessness.

Distribution of results of a projective technique «the Kinetic drawing of a family» at children ОГ1 before treatment depending on age and a floor are presented in table 30.

According to data of table 30 among surveyed children ОГ1 (149 persons) before treatment drawings of a family of 26,2 % in which children did not represent themselves (a sign of family emotional trouble, absence of a generality in a family, unity and a unification) prevailed. In 18,1 % of cases children represented a family which structure has been enlarged (at the expense of extraneous characters) which members have been separated among themselves. Ignored the image of a family of 12,7 % of examinees.

Thus, in ОГ1 before treatment drawings (83,9 % *), reflecting a negative emotional background in a family and absence close co-operative emotionally positive links between its members prevailed. Similar results have been received to a therapy course in ГС1 (91,2 % *) (*р = 0,1).

Distribution of drawings at children ОГ1 before treatment depending on disease was interesting. So children with disturbances MI (88 persons) authentically represented the family is more often, ignoring in a drawing of (22,7 %), is artificial enlarged family structure, including in it new characters (20,4 %), and also drew a family with its full complement (15,9 %), and in two last cases members of a family always have been separated among themselves. In 13,6 % of cases patients with disorders MI ignored the image of the family or drew people who did not concern a family. Children with the isolated uracrasia (34 persons) drew a family is more often, excluding from it (20,6 %), dilated family structure, entering in it of extraneous persons and animal (17,6 %). At the isolated uracrasia drawings with the characters who are not concerning a family, or without people were at 14,7 % of children. Among patients with SNFTO (61 persons) authentically became perceptible drawings of a family without the child (examinee) (31,1 %), and also images with full structure of a family and with augmentation of number of her faces in it entering which members have been separated among themselves (in both cases on 14,7 %) is more often. Children with SNFTO in 11,4 % of cases did not represent the family. Thus, in drawings the proof tendency symbolising feeling of loneliness at children, their isolation and uselessness, misunderstanding of their condition (disease) by a family, and also dissociation and misunderstanding between members of a family, and with another - a nonverbal appeal to adults about the help (will pay to me attention, I am lonely, I remained in private with the illness), on the one hand, became perceptible. Similar results have been received in ГС1 (in each case> 0,1).

After the FBU-THERAPY course "MIO" character of drawings at children ОГ1 has changed. So, children with pathology MI authentically more often steels to represent a family with its full complement (30,7 %) and with augmentation of its structure (23,9 %), in both cases which members have been rallied among themselves or were engaged in a common cause. The number of episodes when children represented strangers of persons or drawings without people has decreased in 2 times from 13,6 % to 6,8 %. Also children with the isolated uracrasia and with SNFTO more often steels to represent full structure of the family which members have been rallied among themselves, 23,5 % and 32,8 %, accordingly. The above-stated testifies to change of intrafamily relations in a positive side against positive clinical effect from FBU - therapies (r = 0,74, r 0,1) has remained. So the image of the people who are not concerning a family of the child (examinee), was reduced from 19,2 % to 17,2 %, the patient without his family - from 14,1 % to 11,1 %, a family without the child (examinee) - 23,2 % to 19,2 %, augmentation in a drawing of structure of a family, by including in it additional characters, with its members separated among themselves - from 21,2 % to 15,1 %, without statistically significant differences between them (in each case 0,1). The family image with its full complement with its rallied members has increased insignificantly from 6,1 % to 11,1 %, and augmentation of structure of a family, by including in it additional characters when its members are rallied - from 6,1 % to 9,1 %, also without statistically significant differences among themselves (in each case> 0,1).

Dynamics of changes of variants of the image of a family at children ОГ1 and ГС1 before treatment is presented in a drawing 14.

Drawing 14 - Dynamics of changes of variants of the image of a family at children ОГі and ГСі before treatment. Variants of the image of a family: 1 - the represented people do not concern a family or a drawing without people; 2 - the child (examinee) represents itself without a family; 3 - the family, but without the child (examinee) is drawn;

4а - the family is represented with its full complement when its members are rallied; 4б - the family is represented with its full complement when its members are separated; 5а - augmentation of structure of a family, by including in it additional characters when its members are rallied; 5б - augmentation of structure of a family, by including in it additional characters when its members are separated.

After the FBU-THERAPY course "MIO" in ОГ1 according to control testing «the Kinetic drawing of a family» against recover inversion of an emotional background of the examinee with negative on positive with intensifying of interaction of members of a family among themselves is noted. So a negative emotional background with

Dissociation between members of a family from 83,9 % has decreased in 1,5 times and has made 57,7 % (r
