Object of research

The present work is executed on the basis of unit of regenerative treatment of children of a psychoneurological profile municipal uchrezhdeyonija public health services «city children's hospital №1» by of Krasnoyarsk and chair of regenerative treatment and institute balneology poslediyoplomnogo formations Krasnoyarsk state medical akayodemii.

Object of research were 86 children (32 boys, 54 girls) with perinatalnoj an encephalopathy and with a syndrome of impellent disturbances in the regenerative period of disease, at the age from 2 to 12 meyosjatsev (middle age surveyed 11 ±0,6 month).

Criteria of including in research were: 1. Statement in royodilnom the diagnosis house «a cerebral ischemia»; 2. Age surveyed from 1 month till 12 months; 3. Presence of a syndrome of impellent disturbances in the regenerative period of disease; 4. Treatment in unit vosstayonovitelnogo treatments; 5. Absence during a rehabilitation course mediyokamentoznoj therapies; 6. The consent of parents to carrying out of a course early

Interventions.

All children have been parted on two groups depending on provedenyonogo by it of a complex of rehabilitational actions. Quantitative hayorakteristika the surveyed groups of children it is presented in table 2.1.1.

Groups of surveyed children are homogeneous for structure and are representative on number.

The first group of research children (51 persons), poluchivyoshie have made a course of regenerative treatment under the traditional scheme, without proyogrammy an early intervention.

The second group included 35 children who have received, except traditsionnoyogo a course of regenerative actions, employment under the program of an early intervention.

The course of regenerative treatment under the traditional scheme included: massage the general (segmentary, reflex, on Monakovu, punctual; 12 procedures), an electrophoresis of medicinal substances (on-hens, Novocainum, dibayozol) (7 procedures), stimulation of weak muscles sinusoidal moduliroyovannymi currents (10 procedures), an ultrahigh-pitched inductothermy (5 procedures), acupuncture (10 procedures), medical swimming (12 procedures), employment with the logopedist (15 employment). On the average, the complete course vosyostanovitelnogo has made treatments of 6 weeks.

The program of an early intervention consisted in carrying out, doyopolnitelno to traditional regenerative actions, abili - tatsionnoj programs: on the primary reception which is carried out by in common medical and not medical expert (the psychologist and the neurologist) or the special teacher (the expert in early communications and the neurologist) it was spent an estimation of the basic skills of the child, compared results of questioning on scales of development and visual survey. ZaYOtem the group of the involved experts defined main objectives of the program and structure of group carrying out an intervention. Children poluyochali individual corrective employment with the psychologist (10 employment), with the expert in early communications (10 employment), employment in the groups of "socialisation" spent by in common medical expert (vrayochom regenerative medicine) and not medical — the psychologist or the special teacher (on the average 6 employment).

In each investigated group separate subgroups of children by a clinical variant perinatalnoj encephalopathies and / or veyodushchemu to a neurologic syndrome have been allocated.

All children are surveyed under the uniform program; data, poluchenyonye at inspection, were brought in standard questionnaires and zhurnayoly reports of researches.

The volume of the executed researches is presented in table 2.1.2.
