Surveyed 145 children at the age from 1 till 17 years with local forms of a tuberculosis and with conversion tuberkulinovyh assays, and 85 children of the corresponding age which not ill with a tuberculosis and have been not infected with micobacteria of a tuberculosis.

2 groups are as a result generated:

Group 1 - children with for the first time taped local forms of a tuberculosis: 100 children,

Group 2 - children with conversion tuberkulinovyh assays: 45 children,

Control group have made 85 healthy children who have been not infected MBT. (Table 1).

Table 1

The vozrastno-sexual characteristic of studied groups

1 group 9,75±1,75 51/22,2 49/21,3 100 / 43,5

At intergroup comparison it has been noticed, that children with local forms of a tuberculosis were more senior group of children with "bend" tuberkulinovyh
Assays for 3,2 years. The control group on age and a floor corresponded to studied groups.

The disease diagnosis established on the basis of the standard methods of research. All spent inspection, according to the accepted questionnaire of inspection of the patient, (the chairman - professor Volova L.T.) statistical processing was spent by confirmed ethical commission SamGmU according to positions of the demonstrative medicine confirmed by the centre of demonstrative medicine SamGMU (Shpigel A.S).

Epidemiological factors - possible contact to a sick tuberculosis were studied. Efficiency BCG, as the medicobiological factor was studied. Absence of sign BCG, a vaccinal scar less than 4 mm and a negative Mantoux reaction 2 THOSE in 1 year, was regarded as noneffective bacterination. Socially-burdening factors and the family characteristic were estimated.
