At the analysis of results of an immunodiagnosis of group of children infected MBT studied by us, negative results at statement diaskintestjregistrirovalis as in group of children with LFT (16 % of cases), and in group of children with "bend" tuberkulinovyh assays (15,6 % of cases).

Thus, it is generated two groups by results of assay with preparation Diaskintestj: 1 group (studying group) was made by 23 persons, 2 group with positive takes was made by 122 persons. Us were the subpopulation structure of lymphocytes and feature stimulirovannoj production IFN-y in groups with negative and positive takes Diaskintestjizuchaemyh of groups for the further specification of the reasons of similar dermal reactance is analysed.

The analysis of results of inspection has shown, that the indicators of maintenance CD4 investigated by us + - and CD16 + - lymphocytes (relative and
Absolute) at infected children (both with LFT, and with "bend" tuberkulinovyh assays) with positive and negative results Diaskintestjprakticheski (tab. 32) did not differ from each other.

As to features of production IFN-y blood cells the analysis of results of inspection has shown, that in cases positive Diaskintestj levels stimulirovannoj to production IFN-y in the test - system with FGA in vitro both in group of children with LFT, and with "bend" tuberkulinovyh assays more low, than those at children with negative results Diaskintestj.

The phenomenon taped by us does not contradict experimental data and other authors. It is obvious, that production IFN-y in the test - system in vitro with FGA is an indicator of the general functional activity of cells of system of immunity. As have shown results of the previous stages of researches, at the surveyed children infected MBT, oppression of the general becomes perceptible

Functional activity of system of immunity that is especially expressed in cases of positive dermal assays on Diaskintestj which can testify, in particular, and about longer presence MBT at an organism.

As to levels stimulirovannoj production IFN-y in the test - system in vitro with DST the return situation is observed. Levels of production IFN-y in the test - system in vitro with DST at children with positive DST exceed those children with negative DST (a Fig. 6).

It has been besides, noticed, that at children with LFT and positive dermal assays on Diaskintestjv 7,14 % cases become perceptible low emission IFN-y in the test - system with DST in vitro, fluctuating in limits from 0,0 to 10,8 pg/ml and averaging 6,1 pg/ml. In 92,86 % cases level of emission IFN-y in the test - system with DST fluctuates in limits from 10,9 to 216,7 pg/ml and on the average reaches 66,7 pg/ml.


At children with "bend" tuberkulinovyh assays and positive dermal assays on Diaskintestj low levels IFN-y (0,0 - 10,8 pg/ml) in the test - system with DST are registered in 8,1 % of cases and on the average reach 7,0 pg/ml. In 91,9 % cases higher emission IFN-y in the test - system with DST, 37,4 pg/ml reaching on the average, that in 2 times more low, than in similar group of children with LFT is observed.

At negative dermal assays on Diaskintestju children with "bend" tuberkulinovyh assays level of emission IFN-y in the test - system with DST does not exceed 13,7 pg/ml and on the average makes 7,3 pg/ml. At children with LFT against negative dermal assays on Diaskintestj level of emission SH №-у (DST) according to our research can be raised to 144,0 pg/ml (a Fig. 7).

Taking into consideration, that production IFN-y in the test - system in vitro with DST for the given group of children can be an indicator of antituberculous activity of system of immunity and, leaning against the data presented in a Fig. 6, it is possible to conclude, that production IFN-y in the test - system with DST in vitro more than 18,0 pg/ml can confirm a condition infitsirovannosti MBT in case of negative result Диаскинтест®in vivo.

Summarising the given investigation phase, it is possible to conclude, that when at children infected with a micobacterium of a tuberculosis, negative results DST in vivo are registered, low level of emission IFN-y in the test - system with DST in vitro is observed also. Besides, the analysis of features of distribution of various forms of a tubercular infection depending on results Diaskintestjpokazal, that at children with negative Diaskintestj, the case rate a tubercular infection is expressed basically, productive forms.

Probably also the reason of the given phenomenon (occurrence of cases negative DST at children with LFT) can be that MBT in the given cases can is appreciable differs on the antigenic structure from components of preparation DST. Therefore, the immune system of such children does not give the adequate answer to introduction of antigens of preparation DST new to it.

It is possible to conclude, that in group of children with LFT and children with "bend" tuberkulinovyh Mantoux reactions 2 THOSE, similar changes of the indicators of immunity investigated by us concerning those control group are observed: dynamics of levels CD4 + - CD16 + - lymphocytes, production IFN-y in the test - system in vitro with FGA and DST. The raised level
stimulirovannoj production IFN-y in the test - system in vitro c DST, registered by us at children of the given groups unlike healthy children, can be a consequence of antituberculous activity of system of immunity.

At children with negative results diaskintestjizmenjaetsja a parity stimulirovannoj production IFN-y towards reduction that in the test - system with DST in vitro and augmentations - in the test - system with FGA, that gives the bases to assume more favorable current of a tubercular infection.
