For an estimation of physical development of children with SD and for the purpose of working out normogramm anthopometrical indicators indicators of length, masses of a body and a circle of a head of 514 children with a trisomy of 21st chromosome, being on education in a family have been received.

The mass of girls with SD at a birth on the average was ravena 3,132±0,429 kg (M± L (tab. 4), boys — 3,236±0,547 kg (tab. 5). The length has made 50,13±2,41см and 50,82±2,73 sm, accordingly, that does not differ from those indicators of healthy children.

The length of girls by a year has reached 72,29±3,34 sm, and boys — 73,3±3,89 sm accordingly.

Average value of a circle of a head at a birth at children with a trisomy of 21st hromosmy corresponded to average value of a circle of a head of usual children. At comparison of rates of physical development of children with SD with rates of physical development of healthy children (data the CART) [146] it has appeared, that a median of mass of a body, lengths, and also circles of a head of children with SD at a birth is in limits of normal value of healthy children. However, with the years medians of length, masses of a body and especially a circle of a head of children with SD the CART comes nearer to value below one standard deviation of data. (Rice 9,10). Thus, an index of mass of a body [mass (kg)/length (²] children with SD essentially does not differ from an index of mass of a body of children without SD (p=0,573) (a Fig. 11).

As quality standard of growth of children is possible only at the analysis of tempo changes of separate indicators (the length, body mass, a head circle) are developed pertsentilnye normogrammy for children with SD. Such schedules allow to estimate not only the status of physical development of the child the present moment, but also give representation about rates of its growth as a whole (Appendix).

Comparison of rates of physical development of children with SD, received during the carried out research with rates of physical development of children with SD in other countries is spent: the USA (1988 [28] and Portugal (2001 [44] (fig. 12,13)

The specified researches have been spent with a difference approximately in 10 years. It has appeared, that rates of an increase of mass and length of a body of children ours

Research above, than in the USA and Portugal. This circumstance is bound, first, to perfection for last 20 years of medical aid to children, including kardiohirurgicheskoj, and, secondly, with rasovo-ethnic features of investigated populations.

Thus, it is shown, that rates of physical development of children with SD below rates of development of healthy children, and developed by the author normogrammy can be applied in practice of the pediatrist to an estimation of anthopometrical indicators of such children.
