As the basic criteria of an estimation of efficiency of preparations served:

1. Change of frequency of occurrence of acute infectious diseases of the top respiratory tracts - offensive of preventive effect will be considered, if there comes reduction of quantity of exacerbations by 40 % and more.

2. Change of duration of the interrecurrent period - offensive of preventive effect will be at its augmentation at 30 % and more.

3. Change of duration of acute respiratory infections of the top respiratory tracts - the preventive effect will be reached at reduction of an indicator by 25 % and more.

Additional criteria of an estimation of efficiency were:

1. Change of a total point of complaints;

2. Change of a total point of objective symptoms;

3. Change of a point of separate complaints;

4. Change of a point of separate symptoms;

5. Changes of indicators of the analysis of blood;

6. Change of an infectious index.
