Children suffering AtD, have been distributed on two groups, depending on gravity of a current of disease. Children suffering atopicheskim by a dermatitis, have been distributed on two groups on the basis of presence and absence alimentary sensibilizations (table 14). At research of these groups the following pattern was taped: concentration LL-37 in a saliva at children with an alimentary sensibilization much more low, than at children without a sensibilization (n=28, Me 0,4 ng/ml, 50%интерквартильный scope 0,15...

0,70 ng/ml; n = 10, Me 0,8 ng/ml, 50 % interkvartilnyj scope 0,14.0,89 ng/ml), р=0,029 [9, 11].

At comparison of two independent groups (LL-37, a-defenziny) on the basis of presence and absence sensibilizations (U-criterion) of statistical reliability it has not been taped (р=0,91) (a drawing 17).
