CHAPTER 5. RESULTS OF STUDYING OF MICROORGANISMS ON THE STRUCTURAL, GENETICALLY DETERMINED FAT ACIDS IN OBJECT OF RESEARCH BY MEANS OF THE METHOD OF THE GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY OF MASS SPECTROMETRY
At 36 children research of a sputum and blood by means of a method of a gas chromatography of mass spectrometry (GH-MS) is carried out. At GH-MS research of fractions ZHK, sterolov and DMA in assays it is found, that the basic components (at level of the relative maintenance more than 1 %) are even acids with 12 - 18 atoms of Carboneum: С18:1, С16:0, С18:2, С18:0, С16:1 (as maintenance reduction in profile ZHK), and also polynonsaturated ZHK С20:п, С22:п, the cholesterol, sated
prjamotsepochechnye aldehydes and 2-gidroksikisloty. Sometimes size of 1 % exceeds the maintenance dlinnotsepochechnyh acids С20 - С26. Odd acids - С15:0 and С17:0 make nearby 1 % everyone.
Listed above substance are lipide components of cells of a human body and make a natural background on which in the investigated assays minor components are taped, not characteristic for a macroorganism. The chromatograms received on a method of selective ions, allow to detect confidently microbic components against prevailing components of blood (a drawing 14).

In a clinical material (the sputum, blood) surveyed children with OSL (croup) are found out the branched out fat acids, gidroksiyokisloty, specific nonsaturated and tsiklopropanovye acids, characteristic for cellular walls and membranes of microorganisms.

Apparently from a drawing the peak at 10 mines corresponds beta-gidroksi - laurinovoj to acid (marker Moraxella), 11.40 mines - beta-gidroksiYotridekanovoj to acid (marker Selenomonas), 12.8 mines - beta-gidroksi - miristinovoj to acid (marker Fusobacterium/Haemophylus). From comparison of chromatograms it is visible, that number Selenomonasне has changed, and Moraxellaи Fusobacterium/Haemophylus - has increased.
