Chapter 3 Results of own researches

In total 98 children at the age from 6 till 18 years, from them 36 girls (36,7 %), 62 boys (63,7 %) are surveyed. Children have been distributed on two groups.

The basic group was made by patients with atopicheskim a dermatitis of various severity level.

The comparison group included children without allergic diseases. As criterion of an exception of research considered presence at children of other allergic diseases (a bronchial asthma, an eczema, a pollinosis), refusal of patients of participation in research. Further 38 children have left research for the various reasons: intercurrent diseases, ORVI, reception immunomoduljatorov, incomplete allergological inspection, presence of chronic inflammatory diseases (an adenoid disease exacerbation, a chronic pyelonephritis).

Thus, the high-grade analysis has been executed at 60 children from 6 till 18 years, from them 22 girls (36,6 %), 38 boys (63,3 %). 38 children suffered atopicheskim a dermatitis of various severity level.

Serious atopichesky the dermatitis became perceptible at 26 children (43,3 %), at 12 (20 %) patients became perceptible srednetjazheloe a current atopicheskogo a dermatitis. Among patients AtD the proved food allergy was taped at 28 persons, and at 10 children hypersensitivity to alimentary allergens was absent.

The comparison group included 22 children at whom allergic diseases are not taped, there were negative results

In the given research we studied activity of two basic antimicrobial peptides of an oral cavity - LL-37 (katelitsidinov) and HNP 1-3 (and - defenzinov).

All children participating in research have been distributed on three age groups: 6-9 years (31 child), 10-12 years (14 children), 13-18 years (15 persons). Level antimicrobial polipeptido in an oral cavity depending on age has been defined. Results are presented in table 7. Statistically it has not been taped dependences between level of antimicrobial peptides and age of children participating in research.

Statistical reliability between age and level of antimicrobial peptides of an oral cavity it has not been taped. Average concentration LL - 37 in a saliva at children of group of comparison - 1,2±0,8 ng/ml is established; average concentration and - defenzinov - 7,19±2,8 ng/ml.
