CHAPTER 2. MATERIALS AND RESEARCH METHODS

A research objective was studying of influence of a HIV - of an infection on a current of tubercular process at children, therefore for the analysis soyobiralis necessary data on children sick of a tuberculosis, born from women with a HIV-infection which shared on sick HIV-infections and nayobljudavshihsja on perinatalnomu to contact to a HIV-infection, not caught HIV, and sick of a tuberculosis in any way not bound to a HIV-infection. The data necessary for the decision of tasks in view, have started to collect on the first grupyopu patients since 2005. As such children (sick a tuberculosis and HIV - an infection) was very little, developed the questionnaire-inquiry (in coordination with the main non-staff expert children's phthisiatrician MZ the Russian Federation) and dispatched in antituberculous establishments of regions Russian Federations, receiving from them necessary data on children sick of a tuberculosis (without identification data), rozhyodennyh from women with a HIV-infection. Since 2007 sick of a tuberculosis, soyochetannym with a HIV-infection, children under our initiative began to arrive on gosyopitalizatsiju in children's unit of a university hospital of is learnt-research institute ftiziopulmonologii (scientific research institute FP) of the First MGMU of I.M.Setchenov. With 2007 for 2013 inspection and treatment on the basis of children's unit have passed 36 children sick of a tuberculosis, sochetannym from a HIV - an infection. Basically it there were children living in Moscow and Moscow obyolasti, but also and in other regions of the Russian Federation: Republics of Chuvashiya, Dagestan, Sverdlovsk, Ryazan, Ivanovo, Tver, Rostov oblasyotej.The analysis of diffusion of a tuberculosis, sochetannogo with a HIV-infection, among children of 0-14 years in the Russian Federation is spent according to forms gosudarstven -

For the decision of tasks in view on studying of features of clinical implications of a tuberculosis against a HIV-infection, revealing and diagnostics tuyoberkuleza at sick HIV-infections patients have been parted on 3 groups: 1 children sick of a tuberculosis and a HIV-infection; 2 - children sick of a tuberculosis with perinatalnym by contact on a HIV-infection (are born from sick HIV - by an infection of women, but were not infected with a HIV); 3 - children sick of a tuberculosis from population (were on treatment in detsko-teenage unit of scientific research institute ftiziopulmonologii). As a whole group of children sick of a tuberculosis, predstavyolena 358 patients: 1группа - 166 persons, 2 group - 97 persons and 3 group - 95 persons.
Efficiency and safety BCG of bacterination is studied at 376 children: 1 group - children with the established diagnosis of a HIV-infection - 131 persons; 2 - children with perinatalnym contact on a HIV-infection - 141человек; 3 - group sravneyonija (GS) - children born by women from a HIV-negative by the status - 104 cheloyoveka. Among children born from women of sick HIV-infections, vaktsiniroyovannyh against a tuberculosis, 60 patients were sick of a tuberculosis. Have separately carried out the analysis of immunologic efficiency of bacterination of BTSZH TH at children with the established diagnosis of a HIV-infection and vaccinated in various vozyorastnye terms. It were children from children's home of of St.-Petersburg (18 persons), inoculated in 2002-2005гг. (Group and children observed in the Center AIDS of of Moscow (60 persons), inoculated in 2008-2013гг. (Group). All children were priviyoty after preliminary statement of a Mantoux reaction with 2ТЕ PPD-L with otritsatelyonym result.
