CHAPTER 6. LATENT GERPESVIRUSNAJA THE INFECTION AT CHILDREN WITH THE LONG SUBFEBRILE CONDITION.

Among 112 children with long subfebrilittetom in which markers gerpesvirusov have been found out, at 63 (56,3 %) the infection has been diagnosed latent gerpesvirusnaja.

Among them: children from 1года till 3 years was 16 (25,4 %), from 3 years till 6 years — 12 (19 %), from 6 years till 10 years — 8 (12,6 %), teenagers were 27 (43 %), children about one year were not.

Boys was more than girls in 1,4 times (37 and 26 accordingly).

The etiological structure latent gerpesvirusnoj at children with a long subfebrile condition is presented an infection in a drawing 12.

Drawing 12. Etiological structure latent gerpesvirusnoj infections at children with a long subfebrile condition (n=63)

As vidnona fig. 12, at children with latentno - persistent GVI, also as well as at acute and at reaktivirovannoj GVI, prevails admixed GVI which has been taped at 53 (84,7 %) children, mono - the infection (EBV and TSMV) has been diagnosed at 10 (15,3 %). At the analysis of structure persistent GVI, we have noted augmentation of etiological importance VGCH 6 types, as a part of a multi-infection at children. So, if priaktivnoj primary GVI, ВГЧ6И it has been diagnosed at 2 (13,3 %) from 15 children, at reaktivirovannoj GVI — у13 (38 %) from 34, at persistentsii GVI, role VGCH 6 types — at 32 (50,8 %) from 63 children. Role EBV and TSMV at all variants of infectious process, tended to depression, though and not statistically significant (p
