The researches carried out by us have shown, that the total maintenance of the purine bases in a blood plasma before treatment was the highest at patients with a serious cerebral ischemia and deep degree of a prematurity (fig. 16, 17). Presence of positive communication between concentration of a xanthine, a hypoxanthine and gravity of a clinical condition of children has been thus established. The augmentation of the maintenance of a hypoxanthine and total concentration purinov at not full-term children, and also a xanthine and total concentration purinov - at full-term children at a serious cerebral ischemia was appreciable big, than at a cerebral moderately severe ischemia. Besides, at these children close positive correlation between indicators sodezhanija the purine bases and severity level of ischemic lesions (g - 0.72, r < 0.05).

At not full-term children with a serious cerebral ischemia the total maintenance purinov in 4,2 times (fig. 17), and at full-term - in 3 times (fig. has been taped < 0.05).
