the analysis of outcomes of surgical treatment of patients in the investigated groups

In 3 group of patients 12 persons have been operated. Efficiency of the combined preventive operation is shown by a comparative estimation of results of treatment of patients of this group with results of treatment in 1 and 2nd groups of treatment of patients.

5.1.1. The analysis of postoperative complications at patients in the investigated groups

The analysis of postoperative complications in the first day after operation is presented to tab. 26.

The greatest quantity of complications among three groups would become perceptible in 1 subgroup. It is caused, as we and noted in the chapter III character of an operative measure at surgical treatment of a postoperative malignant glaucoma. However and as a whole on 1 group quantity of complications of 55,1 % above than in 2 and 3 groups (p 0,05) and rising of an ophthalmotonus to 23,5 yo 2,8 through and 23,7 yo 2,9 mm hg in 6 months and year after observation would become perceptible. It is caused by a swelling of a lens and brings an attention to the question as we noted in the chapter III about necessity of a surgical intervention.

Changes of depth of the forward chamber in various terms after an operative measure are presented to tab. 31.

The excavation of the forward chamber in 1 and 3 groups in comparison with 1 "and" and 2nd groups (p 0,05), including caused by cataract advance became perceptible.

Change of an angle of the forward chamber in the postoperative period in the investigated groups

Change iridokornealnogo an angle in various terms after an operative measure is presented in the table № 32.

Iridokornealnyj an angle in 1 group before operation much narrower than in 2 and 3 groups (p> 0,05). It is caused by shift iridohrustalikovoj diaphragms to front at development of a postoperative malignant glaucoma. In 2 and 3 groups iridokornealnyj an angle also the narrow. Authentic differences in size of an angle of the forward chamber in all investigated groups it is not taped (p 0,05).

In 1 "and" and the second group within a year the tendency to reduction of an angle of the forward chamber owing to a swelling of a lens of a cataract became perceptible.
