working out of the constructive solution of electrode system for conducting reooftalmograficheskih researches

One of technical links in developed BTS is reograf. As it was noted in chapter 1, it should possess the registration channels, working on tetrapoljarnoj to a technique, amplitude of a sounding current no more

These values are standard for reografii and reooftalmografii in particular and match to principles of bioadequacy and purposefulness [80] at formation BTS. Therefore within the limits of the present work it was not put problems of sampling of characteristics of an affecting current. Within the limits of work were applied developed on faculty "Bioiatrotechnics" of MGTU of AD Bauman reokardiomonitor and reograf firms "¡Ñ®Ó«ß«õÔ" possessing in demanded parametres. It is necessary to note, that for BTS transpalpebralnoj the HORN from the point of view of technical implementation unique is only electrode system and system of its fastening on the patient, use and others reografov with the above-stated characteristics therefore is is possible. It is the additional positive feature developed BTS.

The technique reograficheskogo researches is applied to haemodynamics estimation in various parts of a body of the person. As a rule, in most cases there are no problems with installation and attaching of electrodes on an investigated section. Feature of conducting reograficheskogo researches on an eye besides necessity of a correct arrangement of electrodes, is complexity of disposing and attaching of necessary quantity of electrodes on small area of the closed century. At disposing of electrodes it is necessary to provide sufficient pressing to an eye to gain reliable contact an electrode-eyelid, and in too time not to create a gauge pressure approximately, i.e. to create the conditions closest to the physiological.

At implementation ES it is necessary to consider not only interelectrode distance, but also how it takes places and nestles by a century.

During preliminary researches constructive solutions which depending on a way can be divided fastenings into two aspects have been realised some: the rigid framework in the form of points and fastening on the basis of an elastic knitted helmet. For signal registration in both cases
Special electrode systems with fixed on it the electrodes, imposed on the closed eye on an eyelid were applied.

The first embodiment was based on application of sun glasses with the big glasses (Drawing 3.1 see).

The electrode system in such design is rigidly fixed on points. Wide glasses of points are necessary reliably to fix an emulsion carrier and electrodes. The patient puts on points, accepts a prone position then signal registration reooftalmogrammy is possible.

By means of the above described design it is possible to achieve certain repeatability of displaid signals. By results of its testing following deficiencies have been revealed:

- Complexity of the control of an arrangement of electrodes during a century, points close survey, i.e. superposition of electrodes was spent in absence of visual inspection of a setting point of electrodes;

- Complexity of the control of force of pressing of electrodes to an eye;

- Necessity of different designs for each eye separately since during research of one eye the second should have a rest;

- Impossibility of application of a design for people with a different size of a head in the field of a forehead and different distance between eyes. For various groups of patients manufacturing of some the fixed carcases various is necessary
Sizes, i.e.

it is necessary to spend a biometry, as in a technique applied earlier.

Other constructive solution represents fastening in the form of a knitted helmet. In a design frame tapes, knitted elastic bands and tapes Velcro (a knitted fastener) that has allowed to use a helmet for patients with any grasp of a head have been used some. Fixing of electrode system was carried out by means of "plume" of the above-stated helmet clasping a head by a principle of "a piracy leese» (Drawing 3.2 see).

The shown design allows to control a site of electrode system at its installation on an eyelid, correction of force of pressing of system to an eye of the patient by means of various extent of a tension of "plume" is possible. Use of knitted tapes and tapes Velcro in a bearing structure allows to have it on patients of different age and possessing various anthopometrical features.

By results of tests and the comparative analysis of features of both alternatives of modification of system of fastening of the optimal the design on the basis of a knitted helmet (Table 6 see) has been recognised.

Moreover, at the subsequent tests it has been revealed, that in such modification the system allows to observe developed in an aftereffect

Thus, the basic constructive solution on which basis developed as ES, and system of its fastening has been defined.
