INTRODUCTION

Theme urgency: For today, despite presence of wide assortment of antimicrobial preparations, the important problem is search new protivomikrobnyh phytogenesis medical products. The given problem is especially actual against that circumstance, that possibilities of chemotherapeutic preparations not always are realised to the full.

It is bound to formation shtammov the microorganisms steady against antibiotics and other antimicrobial synthetic means. Considering that fact, that the lobe of antimicrobial medical products of the phytogenesis presented in the pharmaceutical market of the Russian Federation, compounds only 11 %, search of new raw sources for effecting of phytopreparations is represented actual.

One of perspective medicinal plants from the point of view of exhibiting protivomikrobnyh properties is the wormwood a tarragon or tarhun {Artemisia dracunculus L., this. Asteraceae\Literary data about phytochemical and pharmacological researches, experience of use of this plant in national medicine testify to possibilities of application of a wormwood a tarragon in modern medicine as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, ranozazhivljajushchego, obshcheukrepljajushchego and means enriching digestion.

According to domestic and foreign scientists about a chemical compound, in a grass of a wormwood a tarragon following bunches of biologically awake materials contain: flavonoidy, fenilpropanoidy, essence, kumariny which cause anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, recycling action of a plant. Expedient studying carrying out flavonoidnogo structure of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon for the purpose of specification of a chemical compound of an investigated plant, and also working out of the standard documentation on a new kind of medicinal vegetative raw materials “Sage-brushes a tarragon a grass”.

Taking into account an industrial raw-material base available in the Samara range (Sredne-Volga ZOS VILAR) sage-brushes a tarragon, and also requirements of practical public health services for vegetative antibacterial preparations effective, safe and accessible under the cost price are carried out researches on working out of new medical products on the basis of raw materials of the given plant.

During researches of a new kind of medicinal vegetative raw materials (LRS) and buildings on its basis of new domestic antimicrobial means “Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture” has arisen necessity for working out of objective procedures qualitative and a quantification, approaches to standardization of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon and a preparation on its basis for the purpose of working out of the standard documentation on a medical product of a wormwood a tarragon - FSP “Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture”.

The purpose and research problems. The purpose of the present work is farmakognosticheskoe studying of a grass of a wormwood the tarragon, working out of procedures qualitative and a quantification of raw materials and preparations of the given plant.

For object in view achievement following problems were solved:

1. To spend farmakognosticheskoe studying LRS.

2. To study a chemical compound of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon,

Cultivated in the Samara range.

3. To secure materials (flavonoidy, fenilpropanoidy, fenolkarbonovye acids) from the grass of a wormwood a tarragon cultivated in the Samara range.

4. To develop procedures of qualitative analysis of raw materials and preparations of a wormwood a tarragon.

5. To develop procedures of quantitative definition pinotsembrina and the sums flavonoidov in raw materials and preparations of a wormwood a tarragon with use of method VEZHH and a spectophotometery method.

6. To study antimicrobial activity of medical products on the basis of a wormwood a tarragon.

7. To develop the standard documentation on a grass of a wormwood a tarragon and tincture of a wormwood a tarragon - FS “Sage-brushes a tarragon a grass”, FSP “Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture”.

Scientific novelty: As a result of studying of a chemical compound of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus L., this. Asteraceae), cultivated in the Samara range, 8 individual materials for the first time are secured and identified, three of which (estragonozid, tarhunozid and annagenin) are secured for the first time. For an establishment of frame and definition of physical and chemical properties of discharged bonds methods Uf - ' N-N - spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and also various chemical metamorphosises have been used.

The expediency of carrying out of standardization of raw materials and preparations of a wormwood a tarragon under the maintenance of essence (grass) and under the maintenance flavonoidov (a grass, tincture) is shown.

On the basis of profound studying of a chemical compound of raw materials and taking into account methodological approaches to allocation of target bunch of reacting materials photochemical and analytical researches on working out of a new medical product “Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture” are executed. The unified procedures qualitative and raw materials quantification “Sage-brushes a tarragon a grass” and a new medical product on the basis of a studied plant are developed
“Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture” with use of methods of thin-layer chromatography (TSH-ANALYSIS) and a differential spectophotometery.

The practical importance:

1. Procedures qualitative and a quantification of new medicinal vegetative raw materials - grasses of a wormwood a tarragon with use of methods of the TSH-ANALYSIS and a differential spectophotometery are developed.

2. Procedures qualitative and a quantification of a new medical product “Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture” with use of methods of the TSH-ANALYSIS and a differential spectophotometery are developed.

3. The expediency of application of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon and tinctures of a wormwood a tarragon in medical practice as an antimicrobial, recycling medical product is proved.

4. Projects of the standard documentation - FS “Sage-brushes a tarragon a grass” and FSP “Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture” are developed.

5. Results of researches are used in scientific researches and in educational process on chair farmakognozii with phytology and bases of herbal medicine of the Samara state medical university (SamGMU) (certificates of introduction from 20.10.03).

6. A wormwood a tarragon as the medicinal plant keeping essence, is included in the program on farmakognozii with herbal medicine bases (2001), used in educational process of chair farmakognozii with phytology and bases of herbal medicine SamGMU [68].

The positions which are put forward on protection:

1. Results of studying of a chemical compound of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon methods of the TSH-ANALYSIS, column chromatography, VEZHH, GZHH, Uf - ^-JAMR-spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.

2. Data of researches on working out of approaches to standardization of raw materials and preparations of a wormwood a tarragon.

3. Procedures qualitative and raw materials quantification ”Sage-brushes a tarragon a grass” and a new medical product ”Sage-brushes a tarragon tincture”.

1. "Perfection of medicinal maintenance of the population and treatment-and-prophylactic establishments in market conditions” on a theme: "Building of medical products of a connatural parentage antimicrobial, adaptogennogo and gepatoprotektornogo actions” (№ the State registration 01990005277).

2. "Working out of procedures qualitative and a quantification of raw materials and preparations of the medicinal plants containing fenilpropanoidy and flavonoidy” (№ the State registration 01990007536).

The basic maintenance of the dissertation is published in 20 scientific works.

Volume and work frame: Dissertational work is stated on 198 pages of the typewritten text, contains 39 tables, 36 drawings. The dissertation consists of introduction, the literary review, the description of objects and research procedures, 4 heads reflecting results of own experimental researches and their discussion, the general conclusions, the appendix and the list of the literature including 231 source, from which 52 - on foreign languages.

In introduction the theme urgency is proved, are formulated the purpose and research problems, novelty and the practical importance of the received results is noted, and also the positions born on protection are stated.

Chapter 1 contains the state-of-the-art review of the domestic and foreign literature on a problem of a modern state of researches of plants of a sort the Wormwood - Artemisia where the wormwood a tarragon - Artemisia dracunculus L is in detail considered maloizuchennyj subgenus Dracunculus and also its perspective representative. Data on studying of a chemical compound of plants are generalised and systematised
Subgenus Dracunculus, including sage-brushes a tarragon, to their pharmacological activity and application in medical practice.

In chapter 2 the characteristic of objects and research methods are presented. Procedures of chemical and physical and chemical studying of medicinal raw materials, individual materials and preparations, quality assurance of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon and tinctures of a wormwood a tarragon, studying of antimicrobial activity of medicinal forms on the basis of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon, farmakoekonomicheskih researches are resulted.

In chapters 3-6 of an experimental part results of own researches on studying of a chemical compound of a grass of a wormwood a tarragon, working out of methods qualitative and a quantification of raw materials of a wormwood a tarragon and a preparation on its basis are resulted. The economic substantiation of application in medical practice of preparations of a wormwood a tarragon, and also results of the spent marketing researches is given. Own results of working out of the standard documentation on a new kind of medicinal vegetative raw materials - a grass of a wormwood a tarragon and on the new medicinal form - tincture of a wormwood a tarragon are resulted.

In the appendix projects of the standard documentation on LRS and tincture of a wormwood a tarragon (projects FS and FSP), introduction certificates are born.

The results received at carrying out of researches, are treated statistically and presented in tables, in drawings, expressed in the conforming formulas which are resulted in the dissertation text.
