At discussion of the received data it is necessary to consider a number of factors which could influence on analgeticheskoe interaction of materials.

Both classes of materials introduced is system also the factors bound to influence on departments PNS and TSNS, can matter. Probably, that antagonists NMDA - receptors, influencing with morfinom on supraspinalnye departments, have opposing an effect, that indirectly proves to be true results of work with the specified materials on model of a sharp pain (Heinricher et al., 2001), and also works on intracerebral introduction of antagonists of NMDA-receptors against analgezii, invoked by intracerebral introduction morfina (van Praag, Frenk et al., 1990).

Also. It is impossible to exclude possibility, that blockage spinal NMDA - receptors can lead to activation of the descending regulating system which activity can break morfin that shows decrease in efficacyy of a used combination. Effects sochetannogo introductions of antagonists with morfinom are defined by their interrelation spinal and supraspinalnyh effects. This interrelation depends on a kind of the used antagonist as in different frames TSNS various level of an expression of subunits of a NMDA-receptor is observed.

The similar picture is noted and at use of a combination of antagonists of NMDA-receptors of system and clonidine.
