Results of scanning

The scanning submicroscopy (SAM) has allowed to estimate a relief of a surface of osteoplastic material "osteodent", its expression, aggression of roughnesses and cleanliness.

Thus, as a result of the carried out research it has been established, that fibroblasts are capable adgezirovatsja to a preparation surface

"osteodent", despite presence of morphogenetic fiber of a bone as a part of an osteoplastic material. A basic difference between a powder and granules of preparation "osteodent" on morphological properties and character of interaction with fibroblasts it is not taped. For adhesion, rasplastyvanija and formations of a layer by fibroblasts by the defining factor the surface relief is – the more smooth is the surface, the it is more than fibroblasts adgeziruetsja.
