Conclusions

1. Morphological changes in a pulp and a dentine of a teeth at rats of line Wistar and not purebred dogs are studied and compared at the standard technique of treatment of caries of a teeth. It is taped, that structural transformations of investigated tissues of a tooth not zavisili from a kind of animals and had comparable character.

2. Research of structural features of a pulp and a dentine at treatment

caries of a teeth with application of a method of deep fluorination of a dentine and nizkointensivnogo laser radiation has shown positive effect and stimulating action of the offered method on angenesis processes (a prevalence of cubic and prismatic fibrilloblasts, a proliferation of endotheliocytes, a neoplasm

capillaries) teeth.

3. Carrying out of the comparative analysis of structural changes of a dentine and a pulp in ekperimentalnyh groups of animals has confirmed validity of the offered method of treatment of caries of a dentine with application of deep fluorination and nizkointensivnogo laser radiation. The developed technique promotes augmentation of volume density of fibrilloblasts in 1,4 times, a microcirculatory bed of a pulp - in

3,4 times (in comparison with the control), thereby enlarging regeneratornyj potential of tissues. Practically, destructive changes, as from fibrilloblasts, and a microcirculatory bed are not taped. The accurate structural organisation of dentinal tubules is formed, hypomineralization zones are less expressed.

4. It is established, that at an influence exposition nizkointensivnym laser radiation of 40 and 50 seconds forms more ordered, having accurate sides, large crystals dentin-germetizirujushchej liquids that is necessary for deeper penetration likvida at treatment of patients with dentine caries.

5. Application of a technique of deep fluorination and nizkointensivnogo laser radiation reduces a threshold of electroexcitability of a pulp on 11,1 % in comparison with control (a usual method), the second (only deep fluorination) and the third (only nizkointensivnoe laser radiation) skilled groups.

6. Use of a method of deep fluorination of a dentine together with nizkointensivnym laser radiation, reduces regional permeability of seals, reducing risk of occurrence of recurrent caries in 3,9 times.
