2.9. A computer tomography
For scoping and quality of the restored defect the computer tomography of a skull of rats with the subsequent estimation of density of an osteal tissue on scale Haunsfilda was carried out.
The computer tomography is a special kind of a X-ray inspection which is spent by means of indirect measurement of weakening or attenuation, X-rays from the various positions defined round surveyed object.
The majority of Kt-sections are focused upright in relation to an axis of a body which are called as axial or cross-section sections. For each section the X-ray tube turns round the patient, the thickness of a section gets out in advance. The majority of Kt-scanners work by a principle of constant rotation with a fanlike divergence of beams. Thus the X-ray tube and the detector are rigidly coupled, and their rotatory movements round scanned area occur simultaneously to emission and X-ray radiation catching. Thus, X-rays, passing through the patient, reach the detectors located on an opposite side. The fanlike divergence occurs in a range from 40 ° to 60 °, depending on the apparatus device, and is defined by an angle beginning from focal maculae of a X-ray tube and extending in the form of sector to external borders of some detectors. Usually the image is formed at each turn in 360 °, the received data it appears for this purpose enough. In the course of scanning in many points measure extinction coefficients, forming an attenuation profile.
Research has been executed in Krasnogvardejsky veterinary clinic on apparatus ToshibaAsteionS4 by a standard technique: a thickness tomograficheskogo a section of 1 mm, information processing under the program of multiplanar and volume superficial reconstruction in a scanning regimen tomograficheskih sections Innerear, at a strain on a tube 110 kv and 120 mas.
The computer tomography was carried out in 1, 2, 3 months after an intervention at all three groups. In total 54 researches are spent.
