Change of a condition of a pulp at the surveyed groups of patients in dynamics

the Given electric pulp tests (EOD) at the surveyed patients at the moment of inspection were approximately identical. For patients of the first group they have made: 36,81,46 mka for molar tooths, 25,121,21 mka for premolar tooths; for the second group - 36,91,33 mka for molar tooths, 25,21,31 for premolar tooths; for the third - 36,81,51 mka for molar tooths, 24,71,63 mka for premolar tooths; for the fourth group 36,91,66 mka for molar tooths, 24,11,42 mka for premolar tooths.

The excitation threshold of a pulp at an intact teeth varied in limits; from 10 to 18 mka for incisors and canines (Table 3.5, 3.6). The pulp Excitation threshold at a lesion of firm tissues of a tooth caries
corresponding groups of a teeth remained within norm at the moment of inspection, and in control terms of inspection (Table 3.7, 3.8, 3.9). It has been as a result established, that in control terms in 9 month after treatment the pulp excitation threshold decreased, in comparison with initial at all groups of a teeth. Later 18 months it came back to initial indicators.

Data elektroodontometrii show, that in control terms in the third and fourth group of patients optimum indicators, in comparison with the first and second groups (Table 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13) are fixed.

In control group of patients where the usual method of treatment of caries of a dentine without a pretreatment of dissected cavity DGL and influence on it NILI was applied, in the course of observation it has been established, that the excitation threshold of a pulp of a teeth decreased, in comparison with initial data, remaining within norm. In control terms in 9 and 18 months a threshold
excitabilities of a pulp of a teeth of control group were above in comparison with the third and the fourth skilled groups, thus remained within physiological norm.

From the received data presented in tables 3.12, 3.13 it is visible, that in the first and in the second groups of patients the pulp excitation threshold in control terms has slightly decreased, and in the third and fourth group electroexcitability of a pulp has considerably decreased in comparison with control group.

For acknowledgement of reliability given EOD the investigated teeth received as a result of dynamic observation over different groups of patients, the parametrical and nonparametric statistical estimation of parametres with definition of factor Stjudenta with amendment Bonferroni has been spent. Used computer program Statistica12. Data are presented on skaterogrammah and histograms (Drawings 29-40). Tables of an estimation of parametres of variation rows are presented in (Table 1-8) Appendices.

the Comparative analysis of an excitation threshold of a pulp of intact investigated groups of a teeth and with caries of a dentine at the moment of inspection shows, that data EOD are in borders of normal indicators ("trousers" Gaussa) (the Drawing 29, 30).

Dynamic observation over change of indicators EOM at the surveyed groups of patients shows the tendency to appreciable depression of an excitation threshold of a pulp in IV medical group (molar tooths and premolar tooths) in comparison with other groups in control terms of observation (Drawings 32-40).
